How PokeDraw works. A launchpad where every fee buys real cards.
The life of a coin. Launch, curve, PokeSwap.

Launch
01Anyone creates a Token-2022 coin in one transaction: 1B supply, metadata on-chain, mint authority revoked. 793.1M tokens are sold on the curve.

Bonding curve
02Constant-product curve with 30 SOL / 1.073B virtual reserves — the same math as pump.fun. ~28 SOL starting market cap.

PokeSwap
03At ~85 SOL raised the curve completes. Liquidity moves into PokeDraw's own locked AMM; 3% of the SOL becomes a Mega Pull. Draws continue forever.
The life of a round. One prize, one winner, forever.
- 01Charging
The round is open. Every buy adds tickets. 0.8% of all trading volume fills the Pack Fund.
- 02Ripping
The fund can afford a pack. The keeper swaps it to USDC and pulls a real pack on Collector Crypt.
- 03Last call
The card NFT is locked in program escrow and revealed. 120 seconds on the clock — buys still earn tickets.
- 04Frozen
The round freezes at a slot. Tickets are final; new buys flow into the next round.
- 05Drawn
The keeper reveals its committed secret. Winning ticket = hash(secret ‖ freeze slot hash ‖ round) mod total.
- 06Gotcha
The ticket's owner still holds ≥50% of what they bought this round → the program sends them the card.
- 07Broke free
The owner dumped before the draw → the card rolls into the next round's last call.
Fees & tickets. Proportional, spam-proof.
| Total fee | 1.00% |
| → coin's Pack Fund | 0.80% |
| → protocol (keeper, infra) | 0.20% |
| → coin creator | 0.00% |
Fee parameters are snapshotted into each coin at launch and can never change.
| 0.005 SOL | 0 |
| 0.01 SOL | 1 |
| 0.25 SOL | 25 |
| 1 SOL | 100 |
| 10 SOL | 1,000 |
| 100 × 0.005 SOL | 0 |
tickets = floor(SOL spent / 0.01) per buy. Sells never earn tickets and can never be paused.
Pack Evolution. Bigger machines as the coin grows.
| Tier | Collector Crypt machine | Unlock (mcap) | ≈ Volume per pack |
|---|---|---|---|
| Poké Ball | $25 pack | Launch | $3,125 |
| Great Ball | $50 pack | 100 SOL | $6,250 |
| Ultra Ball | $250 pack | 1,000 SOL | $31,250 |
| Master Ball | $1,000 pack | 10,000 SOL | $125,000 |
| Cherish Ball | $2,500 pack | 50,000 SOL | $312,500 |
The base tier follows market cap. When the Pack Fund holds 2× a higher tier's price, the keeper may upgrade (overflow evolution).
Provably fair. And honest about what you still trust.
- Tickets are recorded on-chain as contiguous ranges [start, end) in each buyer's ticket book.
- The keeper commits sha256(secret) when the prize is posted; the program checks the reveal against it.
- randomness = sha256(secret ‖ SlotHashes[freeze slot] ‖ round address); winning ticket = first 16 bytes (LE u128) mod total tickets.
- The prize Metaplex Core asset is owned by a program PDA from the moment it's posted until the verified winner claims it.
- The hold rule (≥50% of the round's bought tokens still in the winner's wallet) is checked on-chain at settlement.
- The keeper buys the pack off-chain with the Pack Fund budget it withdraws for that round (bounded to one pack price at a time).
- A keeper that refuses to reveal triggers a permissionless fallback reveal after 300 slots — which gives a malicious keeper one re-roll. A VRF (Switchboard / ORAO) can replace the commit-reveal behind the same on-chain state.
- Collector Crypt custodies the physical slabs and runs its own VRF for which card a pack yields.
FAQ.
01What exactly is PokeDraw?
A Solana launchpad like pump.fun: anyone launches a coin on a bonding curve. The difference: each coin's trading fee fills a Pack Fund that buys real graded Pokémon cards from Collector Crypt and raffles them to the coin's buyers — round after round, forever.
02How do tickets work?
Every buy earns 1 ticket per 0.01 SOL spent (rounded down per buy). Tickets count for the coin's live round. When the round draws, a random ticket wins — so your odds are your tickets divided by all tickets in the round.
03Why can't bots spam tiny buys?
Because tickets are proportional to SOL, not to transaction count. Buys under 0.01 SOL earn 0 tickets and splitting a buy never earns more than one big buy. Each buy also pays the 1% fee.
04What happens if I sell before the draw?
You can always sell — sells can never be paused. But if the draw lands on your ticket and you hold less than 50% of the tokens you bought that round, the card breaks free and rolls over into the next round.
05Are the cards real?
Yes. Collector Crypt vaults real PSA/CGC/BGS graded cards and tokenizes each one as an NFT backed 1:1 by the physical slab. Winners can keep the NFT, trade it, or redeem the physical card through Collector Crypt.
06Who pays for the packs?
The coin's traders, through the fee: 1% per trade, of which 0.8% goes to the Pack Fund and 0.2% to the protocol. The coin creator gets no fee — the dev can't farm their own community.
07What is graduation?
When the bonding curve sells out (~85 SOL raised) the coin graduates into PokeSwap, PokeDraw's locked-liquidity AMM. 3% of the curve SOL becomes a Mega Pull bonus and the draws keep running on every trade.
08How is the draw kept fair?
The keeper commits a hash of a secret before the round freezes; the winning ticket combines that secret with the freeze slot's hash, and the program verifies the reveal on-chain. The prize sits in program escrow, so it can only go to the verified winner.
